Chuck Knight, President/CEO

Chuck Knight is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of PDG. He is responsible for Management, Operations, and Business Development. Chuck has over 30 years experience in business management, project management and design. He has worked for Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR), and Rust International. His project experience includes Olin Chemical, ExxonMobil, Boise White Paper, Georgia Pacific, RockTenn (now WestRock), Clearwater Paper and Solutia Chemical.

Wes Gerhardt, P.E. Executive Vice President/CFO/Principal Engineer

Wes Gerhardt, P.E. is the co-founder and Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer of Project Design Group, Inc. He is responsible for Management, Operations, and serves as Principal Engineer. He graduated from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a professional engineer licensed in Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, Florida, Mississippi and Arkansas. Wes is personally involved in design and supervision of projects. Before starting PDG, Wes worked for Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR). More specifically, he has established and managed operations at chemical plants, including INEOS Phenol, Phenolchemie, Mobil and Kerr McGee.
